Issue: When Outlook background processing is enabled and a user tries to send a non-mail Outlook item, DLP agent processes the item in a foreground mode. Workaround: Click Apply Policy on the same tab where the configuration is made, namely, the Email Protection tab. The client configuration still appears as “Pending Changes.” This issue occurs even though the changes are saved. Issue: Configuration changes are made in the Client Configuration under the Email Protection tab and the policy is applied on the other tab. Workaround: Update your systems with the latest Microsoft Security patches. Issue: DLP Agent service does not start automatically after installing DLP Endpoint 11.6.100 on Windows 10 Version 19H1 32-bit systems. The Email protection page in the Windows Client configuration policy shows as loading continuously on all supported browsers, but the page doesn't load.
